How do I pick the right size for my dachshund?

Measure your doxie's back length (base of the neck to the base of the tail), chest girth (widest part behind the front legs) and neck. Compare with the size chart on the product page. Between two sizes? Choose the larger one for sweaters, hoodies and coats.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are prepared in 0–3 days and delivered in about 3–14 days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship for free?

Most orders ship free. If a product has a shipping fee, you'll see it at checkout before you pay.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return for unworn, unused items with tags and original packaging. Personalized, custom-made and sale items can't be returned. Email help@doxie.us to start a return.

My item arrived damaged. What now?

Contact us right away at help@doxie.us with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.
